Our role has primarily been as a manufacturing and supply partner, producing furniture according to the specifications, drawings, dimensions, finishes and project requirements provided by our trading and contracting partners. Challenge
Supplying furniture for projects across a large education network requires the ability to manage different school specifications, age groups, classroom layouts, furniture types, finishes and delivery programmes. As many of these projects were executed through partnered traders and contractors, our manufacturing team also needed to respond accurately to technical schedules, approved drawings, changing quantities and demanding project deadlines while maintaining consistent production quality.
Our solution
Our team manufactured and supplied student desks and chairs, classroom tables, teacher furniture, storage and cubbies, Early Years furniture, library furniture, STEM and laboratory furniture, computer-room furniture, administrative furniture and other custom educational solutions. Working closely with our partnered traders and contractors, we supported technical clarification, material selection, custom dimensions, production planning, quality checking, packing and project delivery. Furniture was manufactured according to the approved project requirements provided for each individual GEMS Education school project.
