Our two-week production and delivery timeline
Our standard timeline is on or before 14 calendar days after successful payment. This includes production and delivery to your address together. Calendar days include weekends. We do not add a separate delivery period after production.
A longer product-specific timeline takes precedence when it is shown on the product page and at checkout. For example, a product with a 28-calendar-day timeline is produced and delivered on or before 28 calendar days after payment, with no extra delivery days added.
Your confirmed delivery date
After reviewing your order and production requirements, our team will confirm the delivery date in your order. It will be updated in your account and sent to your email. Your payment confirmation acknowledges your order; it does not by itself confirm a delivery appointment.
If the schedule changes, we will contact you with an update and arrange a revised delivery date with you. We will explain the available options if we cannot meet the agreed arrangements. Your rights under applicable UAE consumer law remain unaffected.
Imported and pre-order products
Imported or pre-order products may have a longer timeline. The applicable period is shown on the product page and at checkout before payment and includes delivery to your address. Where a range is displayed, its upper date is the applicable delivery deadline.
Import schedules, customs clearance and supplier availability may affect this estimate. We will provide updates and confirm the delivery arrangements when the items are ready.
Orders with different lead times
Items in the same order are normally delivered together using the longest applicable lead time. Any alternative delivery arrangement must be confirmed with our team.
Delivery areas, fees and free delivery
Available delivery areas, applicable fees and any free-delivery qualification are shown at checkout after you select your delivery area. Eligibility is based on the product subtotal after discounts and before VAT and delivery.
We do not currently deliver to Al Ruwais, Al Sila or Al Ghuwaifat. Free-delivery offers do not override delivery-area restrictions. Partial cancellation may affect free-delivery eligibility; any delivery adjustment is shown for acceptance before a cancellation request is submitted.
Delivery access and installation
Please provide a complete address and reachable contact number, and let us know about access restrictions, stairs, lifts or site requirements before delivery is scheduled.
On-site installation is included only where the product page and order summary state “On-site installation included in the price.” Our team will coordinate the necessary delivery and installation access with you.
